StatsRely.com - This site
provides a free counter service that's useful for monitoring your
Web site's traffic levels. StatsRely.com's counter is very easy to
install and only requires a snippet of HTML code in order to
function. It displays detailed statistics, such as the number of
unique visitors you're receiving, referring sites, keywords, country
of origin, etc. This is also an advert-free service.
WebpageCounter.org - If you're
interested in logging the number of visitors to your Web site then
you might like to check out this service. WebpageCounter.org reports
on the number of unique visitors to your site, referrers, keywords,
last 20 visitors, type of Web browser and operating system used and
more. You can also opt to receive your traffic reports via e-mail.
Tracksy - A free counter
service that's ideal for owners of small sites who wish to monitor
traffic levels. Tracksy is completely free provided your site

also invisible and fast-loading, which makes a refreshing change
from the many free counter services that require you to place their
advertisement on your pages. You'll also find some commercial
packages here, should you wish to upgrade.
OneStat.com - OneStat.com's
freebie tracker service is geared towards the more serious Webmaster
who wants more than just a simple counter. Although some of the
trackers here are commercial, OneStat.com also provides two
different free services: OneStat Basic and OneStat Lite, both of
which monitor referrals, page views, browser versions and even track
a visitor's country.

service that's amongst the best on the Web. AddFreeStats offers
real-time statistics, such as prediction of daily hits, unique

countries. Using this service, you can also password protect your
stats. You are required to place small advert on all the pages you
wish to monitor.
Easy-Hit-Counter.com - A
completely free traditional counter service that provides accurate
logging of your site's visitors. Registering here takes less than a
minute and various counter styles are available. Please note,
however, that this free counter is advert-supported (to cover the
cost of providing a free service) and a small "sponsor link"
advertisement will appear near to your counter.
StatSession - Here's a
completely free counter and tracker service, perfect for logging how
many visitors have been to your Web site. StatSession provides a
range of useful statistics, including search engine reporting,

Alpha Stats - A free Web

Free Counter Plus - Here's a
simple, advert-supported free counter service that allows you to log
the number of visitors browsing your Web site's pages. At Free
Counter Plus there are a number of counter colour schemes to choose
from and Web site statistics are also provided, so you can view
daily page views, the visitor's Operating System, Web browser and
more, all from a control panel.
Webcounter.ws - A free tracker
service, presenting detailed statistics in a graphical form on pie
and bar charts. The counter allows you to track total visitors each

that at the time of writing this, password-protected statistics were

StatsMachine free counter does not collect any personal information
from you (since there is no registration process). When you load up

LinkCounter.com - Ever wanted
to track the number of visitors you're sending a Web site?
LinkCounter.com makes this task easy by remotely counting the number
of "clicks" people make on your site's hyperlinks. Using this

Extreme Tracking
- Overall, Extreme Tracking scores 9/10. The only thing
stopping it hitting 10 is the lack of password protection. Using
this fine (and free) service, you can track an extensive amount of
information about your visitors, including totals and average, top
referrers, browser types, java script status, search engine
keywords, the search engines themselves and even countries.
Site Meter -
Here's an established free tracker service. Site Meter allows you to
choose from a variety of different counter styles, such as classic
numbers, a small button or an animated image. We've found the
interface of this tracker to be somewhat cumbersome, but haven't
found any major faults with the quality of its tracking ability. The
code is very simple to implement and loads quickly.
JellyCounter -
Sign up for a free Jelly Counter and get free statistics from your
Web site visitors. Features of this tracker include: number of
hits, visitor's operating system, browser types, hits per hour, etc.
There are also 13 different counter styles available. Some look
slightly tacky, however, they do provide some designs which look
professional, load quickly and fit neatly on any Web site.
Counted! -
Counted! provides in-depth statistics about your Web site's
visitors and (at the same time), helps you to increase traffic by
listing your site in their member directory. You may choose one of
16 icons to be displayed on your Web site (all are 88x31 pixels),
plus no advertisements will be displayed and you can configure the
counter so you yourself won't get counted as a visitor.
Nedstat - Nedstat
is one of the most reliable and popular tracker services on the
Internet. If you want password protected stats though, the service
drops from "free" to somewhat expensive. Having said that, the free
version does track Web site referrers, amongst other information
such as the busiest day and users' ISP. Note: you are required to
place at least one piece of HTML code into your page.
Sparklit Counter - Amongst
other free Webmaster services, Sparklit.com offers a reliable and
fully functional free hit counter. They provide over 100 counter
styles to choose from, however, don't provide any detailed
statistical information. You'll find this tracker professional and
very easy to install on your site. If you get stuck or need more
information, go to their free support forum.
Easy Counter
- Offers several free Web page counter services that are
free for personal use. These counters will make it easy for you to
track hits on individual pages. You can even cheat the number of
visitors so it looks like you have a high traffic site, however,
sites containing adult or other inappropriate material will have
their account(s) locked and possibly deleted.
CyberCount
- Cyber Count will place a free hit counter on your Web
site (this is provided you place their banner on your page). They
also offer in-depth real-time statistics. One of the best features
of this counter is you can track all of your Web site pages with one
piece of code since the service will spider your site. Note: If you
don't display their banner on your page they will suspend your
counter.
